Muddin’

This is Bob. Bob sees nothing whatsoever amiss here. Bob is actually quite pleased with himself. Note the dirt on Bob’s tongue…This is one happy dog.

Winter Sam

We have all seen the pics of Sammy hitting the beach… Well it gets cold here in SC too. Sammy has made the transition to winter and still manages to look like a real dude in the process. It’s hard to hide cool.

Angel

This is my dear friend Angel. Angel is the perfect muse for the beautiful Fall colors up in Maine. Angel was rescued by fabulous parents, but after spending any time with this love, you know who really did the “rescuing…”

BEAUdacious time on HHI

This is my newest friend, Beau. Beau lives on Hilton Head Island and makes the most of it. He is the King of Sticks, as you can see. He strikes many a handsome pose, but how can he miss? Most of all, he is a totally playful and loving 2 year old who has neverContinue reading “BEAUdacious time on HHI”

Carnage in the Carolinas

No matter how much we think of them as “our children,” it is important to remember that they are animals in the end.

Marley Bear

This is my good friend Marley. I had the good fortune of spending lots of time with him in Montana and got to hang out with him while his people went out of town. Sometimes we relaxed, sometimes we played, and sometimes we just mugged for the camera. All-in-all we had a great time andContinue reading “Marley Bear”

Nap time with Marley

I love to take a nap after lunch. Marley loves to take a nap after lunch. I had to get upstairs to my bed before him or the “Marley spread” took place and there was no room for me. His parents insist he NEVER sleeps on the bed… Yeah, right.

The best toys

Sometimes the best toys are the simple ones… like Carol’s socks! They are soft and chewy, but alas, no squeaker. Finally it is back to the good old pheasant. Whatever the toy, we sure do have fun.

Shelby

This is my friend Shelby. I’ve known Shelby since she was a puppy and have been reunited with her in Montana. Her parents are out of town for a few days so we are going to eat table scraps and twinkies. Yippppeeeeee!(shhhhhh, don’t tell…)

Rusty and Mahina

These are my new friends, Rusty and Mahina. You can see the stress level while their parents were out of town was pretty high. We managed to keep it all under control and have a lot of fun!
